4. Organizations and Authorized Users
Information within NS Management may be associated with a specific organization, aircraft, and authorized users.
Access is controlled according to assigned roles and permissions. Depending on those permissions, certain information may be visible to organization administrators, aircraft owners, pilots, technicians, or other authorized users.
Organizations are responsible for determining which individuals are authorized to access information within their organization and for managing those permissions appropriately.
5. Photos, Camera and Files
The NS Management App may request access to a device’s camera, photo library, or files when a user chooses to capture, select, or upload supporting material.
This may include photographs, receipts, invoices, aircraft images, logbook images, maintenance documentation, or other attachments.
Access is requested only when necessary to perform a feature initiated by the user and is subject to the permissions provided through the user’s device.
NS Management does not use camera, photo library, or file access for advertising or tracking purposes.
6. Cloud Services and Third-Party Service Providers
NS Management uses third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate certain portions of the Services.
This includes Google Firebase services used for functions such as authentication, cloud database functionality, synchronization, and file storage.
Information may therefore be processed by service providers acting on behalf of NS Management to the extent necessary to provide these technical services.
Third-party service providers that process user information on behalf of NS Management are expected to provide protections for user information consistent with applicable contractual and legal requirements.
NS Management does not authorize these service providers to use information submitted through NS Management for their own third-party advertising purposes.
7. Data Storage and International Processing
Information used by NS Management may be stored and processed using cloud-based infrastructure.
Because cloud service providers may operate infrastructure in multiple countries, information may be processed or stored outside the user’s country of residence.
Appropriate technical, organizational, and contractual safeguards are used where applicable to protect information processed through these services.
8. Data Sharing and Disclosure
NS Management does not sell user information or aircraft information to advertisers or data brokers.
Information may be disclosed only as reasonably necessary:
to authorized users within the applicable organization;
to service providers that support the operation, storage, security, authentication, or technical functionality of NS Management;
when directed or authorized by the applicable user or organization;
when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or valid governmental request;
when reasonably necessary to protect the security, integrity, rights, or lawful interests of NS Management, its users, or others; or
in connection with a legitimate business transaction, subject to applicable privacy and legal requirements.
9. Tracking and Advertising
NS Management does not use information submitted through the Services for third-party behavioral advertising.
NS Management does not sell personal information for advertising purposes.
The App is not intended to track users across applications or websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.
If these practices change in the future, this Privacy Policy and any applicable user permissions will be updated as required.
10. Data Security
NS Management uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse.
These measures may include authentication controls, role-based permissions, cloud security controls, encrypted communications, and access restrictions.
However, no electronic transmission, cloud service, database, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for protecting their access credentials and should not share their credentials with unauthorized persons.
11. Data Retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain authorized organizational records, satisfy legitimate operational or business requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, and comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
The retention period may vary depending on the type of information, the organization responsible for that information, and applicable legal or operational requirements.
Information that is no longer reasonably necessary will be deleted or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable requirements and available technical processes.
12. Account and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of personal information associated with their access to NS Management.
Where account creation is available through the App, eligible users may also initiate account deletion through the account management functionality provided by NS Management.
Deletion of a user’s account does not necessarily require deletion of aircraft, flight, maintenance, financial, or organizational records that belong to an organization rather than to the individual user, or information that must be retained for legitimate operational, contractual, legal, security, or regulatory purposes.
Where information must be retained, access to that information will continue to be limited as appropriate.
Users may also contact NS Management using the contact information below regarding a data deletion request or questions concerning information associated with their account.
13. User Choices and Permissions
Users may control certain device permissions, including access to photos, camera, or files, through the settings available on their device.
Revoking a permission may prevent certain NS Management features that depend on that permission from functioning.
Users may contact NS Management regarding access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable.
14. Children’s Privacy
NS Management is intended for aircraft owners, operators, aviation professionals, organizational personnel, and other authorized users.
The Services are not directed to children and are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.
If NS Management becomes aware that personal information from a child has been collected contrary to applicable requirements, appropriate steps will be taken to address or delete the information.
15. Website Information
When users access the NS Management website, certain technical information may be processed by the website hosting or infrastructure provider as necessary to deliver and secure the website.
The website may also provide forms or contact methods through which users voluntarily submit information.
Information submitted through the website will be used for the purpose for which it was provided, such as responding to inquiries, support requests, or communications.
16. Third-Party Links
The website or App may contain links to third-party websites or services.
NS Management is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of independent third-party websites or services.
Users should review the privacy policies of those services before providing information to them.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes to NS Management, its website, App, Services, technology, data practices, service providers, or applicable requirements.
The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy identifies the most recent revision.

Calculations, projections, percentages, alerts, reminders, status indicators, estimated due dates, and similar information are provided for informational, planning, and organizational purposes.
Any indication such as “Current,” “Due,” “Upcoming,” “Overdue,” “Remaining,” “Completed,” or similar terminology does not constitute an airworthiness determination, maintenance release, return-to-service authorization, regulatory determination, or certification that an aircraft or component is safe, airworthy, or legally permitted to operate.
Users must independently verify information that may affect aircraft operation, maintenance, airworthiness, regulatory compliance, or safety using the applicable approved records and authoritative sources.
6. Regulatory and Operational Responsibility
The applicable aircraft owner, operator, pilot, maintenance provider, organization, or other responsible party remains responsible for determining and maintaining compliance with applicable aviation regulations, maintenance requirements, inspections, operational limitations, documentation requirements, and airworthiness requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, protections, or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NS Management and its provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages resulting from use of or inability to use the Services or from reliance on information entered, uploaded, calculated, projected, generated, stored, or displayed through the Services.
Users remain responsible for independently verifying information affecting aircraft operation, maintenance, airworthiness, regulatory compliance, financial decisions, or safety.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
